Code of Ethics
Policy:
East Valley CHARLEE, Inc. shall comply with all local, City, State and County ordinances, along with rules and regulations of all governing authorities, and legally authorized agencies under whose authority East Valley CHARLEE, Inc. operates.
Procedures:
The Executive Director is responsible for execution of all legal requirements/business ethics, at all levels of operation including, but not limited to:
State Incorporation: The Executive Director is to maintain all documents and assure payment of all fees to ensure that East Valley CHARLEE, Inc. maintains its incorporated status with the State of California.
Provision of Workers Compensation Insurance as required by state law.
Obtaining and maintaining all business licenses for offices in incorporated areas.
Obtaining and maintaining state licensure for all programs.
Assuring the application of all laws regarding fair employment and service provisions including:
Accessibility
Affirmative action
Equal employment
Health and safety
Fair labor practices
Proper and timely notification to all interested entities of any organization changes, including but not limited to administrator, managerial, and/or address changes.
